No. You can place an order without logging into your account or even if you did not register for an account with us. However, we recommend that you Log-in for faster Checkout by using the saved information from your account.
At the top of the page, click "Create account". After you entered your name, email, and password, you will receive an automated email to activate your account. Simply click "Activate your account" to confirm that your email address is valid. Log-in to update your Delivery address and view your account details including Order history.

Coupons & Discounts
First, visit our store and add an item to the shopping cart, and then proceed to Check Out. On the Contact/Delivery/Payment page, you will be asked to enter your shipping address and payment details. Locate the "Discount code" field under the list of items to be purchased. Enter your coupon code and click "Apply". You will see the discount value deducted from the Subtotal. Check the Total amount shown, and click "Complete Your Order" to enjoy your discount. If you entered an invalid or expired code, the message "Enter a valid discount code" will be shown. Some discount codes require a minimum purchase amount to be valid.
You may accumulate multiple coupons at any one time. However, you may use only 1 discount code/promotion per order. To use a percentage (%) discount coupon, you may add multiple items in the same order and receive a discount for every item that you buy. The percentage (%) discount is deducted off the Total price. For fixed dollar ($) amount discount, you may need to add multiple items in the same order if the coupon requires a minimum purchase amount.

Ordering & Payment
You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after you submit your order on this website. Please remember to check your shipping address to make sure they are correct. We will process and prepare your item(s) for shipment as quickly as possible. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is absolutely FREE. All prices shown on this website are inclusive of shipping and delivery service right to your doorstep. Feel free to shop without worrying about paying any extra charges when you Check Out.
Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks to most countries (certain destinations may take longer), and we know how important it is for you to get your order fast. As all international shipment are shipped from China, it may take longer in some cases. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details. We do provide local shipment which is faster, but is available for certain products only. Please be patience and do not worry as all shipments are tracked, and information about the delivery progress is always available.
Your package will be prepared and shipped within 2-5 days of you placing the order on this website.
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries worldwide, while we cannot deliver to some countries as well. Please refer to Shipping Information page and check the "Availability by Country" list. You may purchase our products if your country is NOT on the list. Also, some of our products are not available in certain countries. Be sure to check the Shipping Info tab on the product page. If you placed an order and the product cannot be shipped to your country, we will contact you to let you know.
Most deliveries do not require a signature to receive the package. You do not need to be at home to receive the package as long as it fits into your mailbox, or it will be left at your door. If it is not safe to leave the package outside your house, most likely the delivery will be rescheduled to the next working day, or a note will be left in your mailbox with contact details and pick-up address for you to pick-up at the nearest post office or shipping provider in case nobody is home.
Refund & Returns
Your satisfaction is our most important objective. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 14 days for a refund, no questions asked. You are advised to read our Refund & Returns Policy for additional Terms & Conditions.
We do not charge any restocking fees or return fees. But you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs and arrange to ship the item back to us within the 14 day return window. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us.
To start a return process, you can contact us at support@myobok.com and provide us with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions and a return address to send your package.
We generally do not send a replacement product in exchange for the returned item. A faster and certainly more flexible way would be to make a separate purchase for the exact item that you want, by placing a new order. We will refund your original purchase once we receive the returned item from you.
