Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Money Back Guarantee
We promise your money back if the item you receive is not as described. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send us an email at support@myobok.com stating your order number and attach photos of the defect or damage.
If the item that you receive is defective or damaged, we will either replace the item or give you a refund. Do not ship or return the item to us, because we are not able to compensate for any expenses that you incur.
You can get a refund 15 days after the claim process finishes.
Returns
We strife to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, wrong size or just changed your mind about the purchase, you may choose to return (subject to eligibility) the item to us for a refund.
To start a return process, you can contact us at support@myobok.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions and a return address to send your package. Please note that the address indicated on the packaging slip is not our return address. Items sent there will not be accepted for returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is not refundable. We will refund you the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and arrange to ship the item back to us within the 14 day return window. A refund will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us. It is advisable that you use a trackable shipping service. We cannot
guarantee that we will receive any return packages.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
