FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Shipping worldwide for all products on this website. Shipping method and delivery times may be different for each product. The specific shipping details for each product are as stated on the product page. We ensure that all your orders have shipment tracking information for traceability. If the shipping information are not specifically stated on the product page, the following Standard Shipping Times shall apply.
Standard Shipping Times (Estimated)
Shipping time varies by location:
- United States: 3-5 weeks
- United Kingdom: 20-40 days
- Continental Europe: Typically 2-4 weeks, certain countries may take longer
- Australia, New Zealand: 2-4 weeks
- Russia: 3-4 weeks
- Japan: 2-3 weeks
- Asia: Typically 2-4 weeks, certain countries may take longer
- Other countries: Typically 2-4 weeks, certain countries may take longer
Availability by Country
Unfortunately our products are not available in some countries. Please check the list of countries that we cannot deliver to HERE.
Order Confirmation
Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.
Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email, letting you know your items have left our warehouse. A tracking number will be provided to you in the email, including details about the items contained in the shipment.
If your order has multiple items, they may be split into different packages shipped on different days. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation and tracking number for each shipment. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to custom fees when they arrive at your country.
Order Cancellation
Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us by email at support@myobok.com. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
Delays
In rare occasions, the delivery may take longer that the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are likely caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
Customs and Duties
All applicable customs fees, taxes, duties and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. We cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition according to the Return Policy.

If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), unfortunately we cannot give a refund.
We are unable to deliver to undeliverable addresses including P.O. boxes, Packstations, Hotels, Motels, Military addresses (APO, DPO, FPO), Restricted areas, addresses with non-english characters. If your package is returned due to any particular issues with the address that you provide, unfortunately we cannot give a refund.
